Bountiful Temple at Sunset
This was a quick shot of the Bountiful Temple with my little digital camera. I didn't even get out of the car for this one. I was on my way to an appointment and kept getting called on my cell phone while I was trying to scout around for a nice composition for a later shoot. Not the ideal way to discover a great location, but I was a little pressed for time.
I had to crop creatively on this image so as not to show the entrances for the maintenance area of the Temple. Consequently, the Temple looks a little cramped, sitting too close to the bottom of the frame for my taste. I prefer a more expansive foreground. That's pretty hard to get when the Temple is a lot higher than the camera's position.
